Is dual clienting allowed on FinaleRO?

Yes. You are allowed to run up to 2 active game clients per physical machine/IP simultaneously. Running 3 or more clients via virtual machines or proxy circumvention is strictly prohibited.

How do I reset my in-game 4-digit security PIN?

You can reset your character security PIN by logging into the Master Control Panel and clicking Security > Reset Game PIN. A verification code will be dispatched to your registered email address.

What are the server experience and drop rates?

💻 Technical & Client Questions

My game client crashes immediately upon launch or gives 'Cannot init d3d' error.

This typically occurs if your display resolution is not configured in Setup.exe. 1. Open your FinaleRO installation directory. 2. Right-click Setup.exe and select Run as Administrator. 3. Under the Graphic Device dropdown, select your active graphics card (e.g. NVIDIA / AMD / Intel). 4. Select your preferred resolution (e.g., 1920x1080x32) and check Window Mode. 5. Click OK and restart FinaleRO Patcher.exe.

Why is Gepard Shield blocking my mouse macro or overlay?

Gepard Shield 3.0 blocks third-party automated clickers, cheat engines, and memory hooks to ensure 100% fair play. Please close background software such as Cheat Engine, AutoHotkey, or macro clickers before starting the client.

How do I make my vending shop stay online when I turn off my computer?

Set up your merchant shop with your items and prices, open the shop, and then type @autoloot or @autotrade (or @at). Your character will remain vending safely on the server for up to 48 hours without needing your PC to stay turned on.
