Choose between the Full Client (recommended for new players who do not have Ragnarok Online installed) or the Lite Client (if you already possess clean, updated kRO data files).

The Full Client includes all BGM sound files, updated maps, sprite resources, and custom FinaleRO patch files.

For players with existing clean kRO installations (data.grf and rdata.grf updated).

🛠️ Step-by-Step Installation Guide

  1. Extract / Run Setup: Extract the downloaded .zip or launch FinaleRO_Installer.exe. Install into a clean directory such as C:\Games\FinaleRO (avoid installing directly into C:\Program Files\ to prevent Windows permission issues).

  2. Add Antivirus Exclusion: Add your FinaleRO folder to the exclusion/whitelist of Windows Defender or third-party antivirus programs to prevent false-positive blocks on the Gepard Shield anticheat library.

  3. Run Setup.exe (Video & Audio): Launch Setup.exe inside the folder to configure your resolution, windowed/fullscreen mode, graphic card renderer, and audio volume.

  4. Launch FinaleRO Patcher.exe: Always run the patcher as Administrator so it can verify game files and apply the latest server updates automatically.

  5. Click "Start Game": Log in with your registered game credentials and enjoy your adventure!
